Due to an external promotion, we are hiring for a Finance Manager to join our Hotels Finance team.

In this pivotal commercial leadership role, you’ll partner directly with the General Manager - Commercial, driving financial performance across our highly competitive +350 Hotels network. You'll focus on key growth levers, including Food & Beverage, Accommodation strategy, Supplier Partnerships, and Procurement. If you thrive on turning complex data into simple, actionable strategies that move the needle and want to bring your spirit and enthusiasm to work every day, this is your opportunity.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Be a trusted advisor, leading detailed analysis on pricing, ranging, promotions, and supplier negotiations to drive sales and GP targets.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, uncovering key performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending clear, proactive solutions.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring strategy alignment and clear operational ownership without surprises.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, streamlining reporting, bringing innovative analytics, and mentoring your direct report (Finance Business Partner)

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding modeling and data analysis capabilities with a track record of translating complex metrics into clear, concise business insights.
  • Strong business partnering skills with an open, authentic approach to influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of expertise in financial systems (Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1, Google Suite).
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment, paired with a focus on simple, structured execution
