About the role:
Accenture are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management Project Manager on an Enterprise class project managing the workshops and delivery of a national implementation for the Australia and New Zealand UKG Pro WFM implementation for our global customer The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of UKG-related projects. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management solution with experience in national rollouts and managing strong customer requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities include:

Define the scope of UKG Workforce Management projects in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

Determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
-
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
-
Execute the project according to the project plan.
-
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
-
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project.
-
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
-
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience as a UKG Pro WFM Project Manager is a must
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

Retail industry experience is an advantage.

Testing Strategy and management
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
-
Experience in Agile project management.
-
Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management solutions, award interpretation and BOOT (Better off overall) testing.
