Stake is looking for a Content Producer to join our dynamic Marketing team here at our dog-friendly Sydney CBD office, within a flexible hybrid working model!

We’re an Australian investing platform that helps ambitious people confidently grow their wealth. By offering seamless, immersive access to the share markets, we’ve empowered a new wave of investors. Stake has grown fast from a fintech startup into a robust financial services company. Today we have 750,000+ customers and more than A$5 billion under administration.

At Stake, we break barriers in everything we do. Just like our customers, we’re driven by ambition. Our desire for continuous growth is what creates the collaborative and high-performance environment we work in. Though we’re spread around the world, we’re a unified team moving towards a shared vision: to unleash the investor in everyone.

Join us as we continue to reshape the financial industry, inspiring investor confidence and celebrating our wins along the way.

About the team

The Marketing team shapes how millions of Australians and New Zealanders experience Stake beyond the product itself. We sit at the intersection of investing, culture and storytelling, turning market moments into content that informs, engages and inspires.

We’re responsible for helping ambitious people discover Stake, understand the opportunities available to them and build confidence in their investing journey. That means creating content that feels native to the platforms where our community spends time, while maintaining the trust and credibility expected of a financial services company.

We move quickly, think creatively and care deeply about quality. We test ideas, learn from data and constantly refine our craft. Most importantly, we’re united by a belief that great content can unlock curiosity, confidence and action.

Why this role matters

Stake’s social channels are one of the most visible expressions of our brand.

As Content Producer, you’ll own how Stake shows up across social media and help define our voice in market, cultural and investing conversations. You’ll create content that captures attention, builds affinity and strengthens our connection with a growing community of investors.

This is a rare opportunity to combine creativity, storytelling and market awareness in a role with real ownership. You’ll shape the content strategy, create platform-native creative and influence how one of Australia’s fastest-growing fintech brands is experienced every day.

What you’ll do
  • Own Stake’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and emerging platforms
  • Create high-quality video content from concept to final cut, producing work that feels native, timely and unmistakably Stake
  • Develop creative content formats that help translate market insights into engaging, accessible stories
  • Plan and manage content calendars, balancing proactive campaigns with reactive opportunities
  • Partner with writers, marketers, designers and internal experts to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively
  • Turn performance data into insights that improve content quality, engagement and reach
  • Champion Stake’s brand voice across social channels, ensuring consistency, clarity and relevance
  • Spot cultural moments, platform trends and market developments early, then create content that earns attention
  • Support paid amplification initiatives by creating content designed to perform across both organic and paid environments
  • Balance creativity, speed and compliance to deliver content that is engaging, accurate and trusted
What success looks like
  • Stake’s social presence has become a recognised destination for ambitious investors seeking insight, perspective and market conversation
  • You’ve built a repeatable content engine that consistently delivers high-performing creative across multiple channels
  • Social content is a meaningful contributor to brand awareness, audience growth and customer engagement
  • Internal stakeholders see you as the go-to expert on platform behaviour, content strategy and social storytelling
  • You’ve introduced new content formats, workflows and creative approaches that have elevated Stake’s brand and reach
  • You’ve helped establish a distinctive social voice that feels sharp, relevant and instantly recognisable
You’ll thrive here if…
  • You have strong experience creating social-first content and understand how different platforms reward creativity, storytelling and consistency
  • You can independently shoot, edit and publish high-quality video content with a strong eye for pacing, structure and visual craft
  • You combine creative instinct with analytical thinking, using performance data to sharpen ideas and improve outcomes
  • You move quickly without sacrificing quality, judgement or attention to detail
  • You’re naturally curious about markets, business, culture and the conversations shaping ambitious Australians and New Zealanders
  • You enjoy collaborating across disciplines and know how to bring people with different expertise together around a shared idea
Bonus if you’ve ever
  • Built or grown social channels for a consumer technology, fintech, media or content-led brand
  • Created content focused on investing, business, personal finance or market news
  • Worked in a regulated industry where balancing creativity and compliance mattered
  • Partnered with creators, influencers or community contributors to scale content reach
  • Used AI tools to accelerate content ideation, production or editing workflow
