The Opportunity

We are looking for a 2-4 PQE lawyer to join our highly successful Corporate practice group. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. 

We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and not for profit advice.

This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level lawyer with broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 2-4 years of experience in a reputable law firm with a specific focus in general corporate, corporate advisory and/or M&A work. Additional experience in general commercial work will be highly valued.
  • Excited to act for a diverse client base, from start-ups and SMEs to larger corporates
  • Strong track record of managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
  • Confident in direct client engagement, including:
    • Providing practical, commercial advice
    • Building trusted client relationships
    • Explaining complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
  • Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and aligned with a modern, growth-driven legal services model
