Marketing Specialist – Skin Care & Advanced Wound Dressings (ANZ)

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Skin Care and Advanced Wound Dressings portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, based at our head office in North Ryde, Sydney.

This role supports a broad and clinically trusted portfolio, that includes market leadership products.  You will collaborate closely with sales, clinical, medical and global marketing partners to ensure our solutions are positioned effectively to address key clinical challenges such as IAD, MASD and advanced wound management across acute, community and aged care settings.

The role is accountable for various marketing activities which include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing clinical and market insights to lead the development of the annual strategic marketing plan and drive the portfolio toward its annual growth, cost, inventory, and profitability objectives.
  • Managing all portfolio marketing mix requirements including new product launches, promotional activities, pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implementing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and key growth programs that generate clinical demand.
  • Enhancing sales partnerships and engagement with key customer segments in the acute space as well as out of hospital, using our SFDC/Eloqua platform to optimize campaign activation and drive ROI.
  • Collaborating closely with Medical Affairs in consultation with sales leadership to deliver medical educational that is aligned to strategy.
  • Working with Corporate Account Managers, Sales Leaders and the Contracts team to establish and optimise contract listing as well as drive contract execution with the sales teams.
  • Working with the Channel Manager to develop and execute effective distributor promotions demonstrating clear objectives and metrics for success.
  • Partnering with Regulatory Affairs to optimize market access for the portfolio.
  • Foster relationships with external advocacy groups, associations, and key opinion leaders within the industry

The successful person will have:

  • A minimum of 2-5 year's relevant marketing experience in health care industry with a passion for patients, clinicians, and quality of provision of health care solutions.
  • A Degree or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, or commerce.
  • A strong ability to lead and influence with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent rapport and experience working with sales and clinical teams, clinicians, hospitals, key opinion leaders, channel partners, scientific affairs, technical, advertisers/agencies and supply.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and navigate ambiguous and complex situations.
  • The ability to navigate multiple systems and processes to get the job done with a no-fuss attitude.
