Job Description

The Creative Content Manager is responsible for developing and delivering creative content and digital communication strategies that support Cuscal’s strategic priorities, culture and employee engagement. The role leads the planning, creation and optimisation of content across multiple internal and digital channels, partners with senior stakeholders across the business, and uses analytics and employee insights to continually improve communications effectiveness. 

  • Develop and deliver integrated content strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Create engaging written, visual and video content across multiple internal and digital channels. 
  • Manage and optimise digital communication platforms, including intranet and content management systems. Maintain and improve digital content to maximise useability and engagement.
  • Apply SEO and digital content best practice where appropriate. 
  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of communication and engagement campaigns 
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to identify communication opportunities and deliver strategic content solutions. 
  • Lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of internal events and engagement initiatives, including monthly Breakfast Clubs, company-wide celebrations, and other employee experiences. Manage event budgets, vendors, and end-to-end delivery, while ensuring initiatives align with Cuscal’s strategy, culture and EVP. 
  • Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that support strategic initiatives and organisational change 
  • Provide creative input and develop visual and written content that reflects our brand identity.   
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance for continuous improvement 

Qualifications

Essential:  

  • 5+ years' experience in strategic communications and corporate content strategy in the Payments or Financial Services industry.
  • Experience managing multiple communication channels both internal and external 
  • Experience managing complex strategic communication campaigns 
  • Experience working with Executive level stakeholders and Board Members.  
  • Experience using digital analytics platforms to inform decision-making 
  • Social media, community management, events management experience 
  • Deep experience with LinkedIn content marketing strategies 
  • Hands on experience in video production and editing 
  • Hands on experience using Adobe Creative Suite
