About The Team:
The Enterprise Enablement team is responsible for developing, maintaining and running the Enterprise Delivery Framework at ASX. The role will support the team’s analysis of project and program performance by creating and maintaining insights to guide decision making.
To be successful in the position the candidate requires strong technical abilities, communication skills and an inquisitive nature which enables them to identify issues, propose solutions and discuss complex concepts with stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Analyse project/program data, metrics, and performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for improving project/program efficiency and effectiveness;
- Create and manage regular reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed about the performance, progress, risks, and issues (Enterprise Enablement wide support) ;
- Create and manage data models in order to connect various data sources and drive insights;
- Deliver insights to facilitate continuous improvement practises across Enterprise Enablement and better align with the ASX strategies;
- Support key functions across Enterprise Enablement with reporting standard uplift;
- Contribute to JIRA standards program and JIRA/Confluence uplift across the Portfolio, Programs and Projects
What You'll Need
- Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline and industry experience analysing real world data.
- Experience with data manipulation, business intelligence platforms, and visualization tools.
- A talent for drawing meaning from complex data and the ability to deliver those insights to stakeholders with clarity.
And if you’ve got some of this, even better:
- Knowledge of Prince2 methodology
- Experience in a PMO/EPMO function
- Knowledge of the Australian financial market environment.
