We have a career-defining opportunity for a Product Design Lead to work along-side and mentor a highly skilled squad of designers. We’re in pursuit of world-class design output, working here means building out your design execution skills while amplifying the efforts of the team around you.


You’ll contribute to our Product Design strategy, you’ll optimise processes for the team, you’ll deliver exceptional design experiences for our customers, and build an environment where every designer thrives. 

About you:

  • You'll have 2+ years experience in managing a team of designers
  • Passion for identifying and solving user problems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic & critical thinker
  • Broad understanding of metric and data-driven design
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Expert in Design frameworks (eg: HCD and Design Thinking)
  • Curious, excited by unpicking the complex and ambiguous
  • Strong of experience in cross functional teams (Product and Engineering)
  • An influential communicator.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and develop product roadmaps
  • Become an expert in our customers needs
  • End to end Product design activities
  • Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform
  • Manage your design teams performance, workload, & career development.
