Profile Requirements:
- 2.5+ years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads with demonstrable ROI.
- Strong expertise in SEO best practices, including data-driven keyword research and website optimization.
- Ability to jump on zoom calls to new clients onboard and walk them through how to share admin access to their Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager Accounts
- Experience with Go High Level (required) for campaign automation, CRM, and lead management.
- Preferred experience with OpusClip and Search Atlas for content optimization and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to design and develop effective landing pages using ClickFunnels or similar tools, focusing on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Experience creating and managing organic social media content to drive audience engagement.
- Proficiency in executing email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to staying updated on digital marketing trends.
- Portfolios must be presented to demonstrate expertise in paid media, SEO, landing pages, and campaign management.
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, ensuring targeted traffic and measurable conversions.
- Optimize SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements to boost organic search visibility.
- Design, build, and refine high-converting landing pages that support both paid and organic digital initiatives.
- Create and manage engaging organic social media campaigns across key platforms to build brand presence and drive audience engagement.
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics from paid, organic, and email channels to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and landing page strategies.

NOTE: This is a permanent, remote position structured as an “Independent Contractor” arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a bi-weekly basis.
