The Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Now is an exciting time to join Travelex as we expand into true omnichannel retail. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our digital growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in executing dynamic marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all digital marketing activities, including content management, SEO, search, display, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing, ensuring strong performance against sales and marketing objectives.
  • Drive online foreign currency sales and increase Travelex Money Card penetration, including initial sales and reloads.
  • Own the CRM/CEP strategy and calendar, managing segmentation, automation, and performance testing to optimise engagement and sales through EDMs and push notifications.
  • Help launch and grow the Travelex Plus loyalty program, developing strategies to drive sign-ups and expand the database.
  • Manage agency relationships for digital media buying, SEO, and content creation.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and ROI optimisation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce brand—ideally within an omnichannel environment.
  • A proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing and reporting tools such as GA4, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Web CMS systems, and Looker Studio.
