Role Overview:
Finder is one of Australia’s largest digital advertisers, with digital media strategy, buying and optimisation managed in-house by our experienced team. Aussies can compare over 100 categories with Finder, providing a unique opportunity for you to develop complex strategies covering varied verticals.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting and executing paid media strategies, with an objective of improving ROAS and growing paid revenue & margin. You’ll have the freedom to explore working across a variety of channels, from search to paid social to display to negotiating partnerships and custom placements. Our in-house designer and external creative agencies are available to support you in bringing your strategies to life.
Your primary focus will be on our wealth vertical, which covers home loans, savings accounts and super funds. Wealth is an established and high growth vertical here at Finder; you’ll be able to make your mark both on the business but also by helping more Australians find a better deal by using our service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop media strategies to ensure we hit performance targets
- Performance marketing campaign optimisation and management
- Evaluating and testing new channel opportunities
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Experience leading large-scale SEM campaigns
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Campaign conceptualisation
- Data-driven approach, with a test and learn mindset
- You’re adaptable and enjoy working in an agile environment
