Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Director of Loyalty B2B & Partnerships to join our team in Sydney. This role is responsible growing and activating our Pacific loyalty partnerships portfolio while also owning the Loyalty B2B value proposition and B2B marketing agenda across the full MEA APAC region — Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia and the Pacific.

We’re looking for an experienced loyalty partnerships leader, who can support Accor in strengthening their market leading partnerships across a variety of industries including airlines, financial services, mobility and retail. This position requires someone with strong communication and stakeholder management experience, as well as project management and commercial acumen to drive market-leading results. This role will enhance the performance of partners in the ALL loyalty ecosystem, whilst strengthening the awareness and growth of ALL Accor as the leading hotel lifestyle loyalty programme in the region.

This role is based in Accor’s corporate office in Sydney.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities 

  • Define strategic objectives and priorities for loyalty partnerships in line with market conditions and business goals, and drive the roadmap of initiatives with full stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the main contact for Strategic and Regional Partners — coordinating joint campaigns, exploring new opportunities and executing strategies to support portfolio revenue growth.
  • Lead end-to-end integration and onboarding of new partners, including contracting, legal coordination and commercial negotiation within the central framework.
  • Drive the continued development and strengthening of the ALL Accor loyalty partnership ecosystem, ensuring Accor maintains a market-leading position across the Pacific region
  • Monitor KPIs, review performance regularly and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including Loyalty Operations, Brands and Marketing — to activate partnership plans, promote partners to hotels and unlock advertising opportunities through owned channels.
  • Develop opportunities with national tourism bodies across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands in conjunction with regional commercial leaders and the MEA APAC Marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain the ALL Accor B2B value proposition for corporate, MICE and group audiences.
  • Lead full-funnel B2B marketing strategy and execution across 40+ countries.
  • Partner closely with global Loyalty, Sales and Marketing Collective teams to drive enrolment, activation and retention.
  • Act as an ambassador for Accor and ALL at partner and industry events.

Qualifications

What we need from you

  • 10+ years in senior commercial leadership — ideally within hospitality, or equivalent partnerships leadership in financial services, airlines or the broader loyalty industry.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Business Management, Hospitality or a related field.
  • A track record of driving strategy and creative for customer loyalty programs.
  • Multi-market experience and comfort operating in a matrix-reporting environment.
  • Advanced partnership development, contracting and account management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with a sharp eye for untapped potential and innovative partnership models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management experience
