About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a global editorial team, shape content strategy, and ensure SiGMA News remains the go-to voice for the gaming, tech, and emerging markets community.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive high-quality, SEO-optimised content while strengthening SiGMA’s position as a global thought leader.
What You’ll Do
- Lead SiGMA’s global editorial operations, setting and executing strategy in line with group objectives.
- Oversee content planning and news coverage across multiple time zones.
- Write and edit high-impact articles on industry trends, innovations, and key developments.
- Manage and mentor a distributed editorial team across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to maximise visibility and organic reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, industry leaders, and media partners.
- Represent SiGMA News at global events and conferences.
- Ensure editorial excellence, consistency, and journalistic integrity across all outputs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in editorial leadership, ideally within iGaming, tech, or business media.
- Strong understanding of digital content, SEO, and analytics.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a global, multicultural team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and business goals.
- Willingness to travel regularly for events and regional collaboration.
