Your Team
The incredible AI & Tech - Education & Enablement Manager sits within the Sales, Strategy & Adviser Services team within Distribution at CFS. This is a national team responsible for dedicated sales & engagement strategies ultimately aimed at delivering sales pathways and enabling the strategy ready for execution either via direct engagement or via the various sales teams across Distribution.

This role reports to the Director - Education, Engagement & Events and has key relationships across New Business, State Platforms, Investments and Adviser Marketing.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver CFS's AI and technology education strategy for financial advisers, positioning CFS as a market leader in adviser capability, innovation and practice efficiency. 

  • Support the delivery and growth of the 10x program through technology-focused consulting engagements, resources, communities and learning experiences. 

  • Design and facilitate engaging education programs including webinars, workshops, roundtables, consultancy engagements and conference presentations focused on AI, technology and business transformation. 

  • Create practical, relevant and commercially focused content that helps advisers improve productivity, client engagement, operational efficiency and business outcomes through technology. 

  • Identify emerging trends in artificial intelligence, technology and practice management and translate these into actionable insights, tools and educational resources for advisers and internal stakeholders. 

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of education initiatives through attendance, engagement, feedback, business impact, advocacy and adviser adoption metrics. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners, industry experts and strategic stakeholders to support content development and innovation initiatives.

     

Your Capability and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, digital transformation or business productivity solutions.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Copilot or similar and AI-enabled productivity tools.

  • Strong understanding of the financial advice industry and the opportunities technology creates to improve adviser productivity, client engagement and business performance is desirable.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them in a practical and engaging manner.

  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual.

  • Experience creating educational content and thought leadership materials across multiple formats.

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure impact, identify insights and continuously improve programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
