The role:
Opportunity for an Electrical Isolation Coordinator to join our team based in Garden Island. You will work with Project/Production managers to ensure the safety and successful achievement of all Project Electrical Isolation requirements.
Responsibilities will include;

  • Implementation and oversee day to day isolation activities

  • Ensure records / logs are up to date

  • Ongoing Employee procedure training/ refreshers

  • Liaising with customers

  • Assist with Isolation Plans

  • Conduct annual procedure review/updates/changes

  • Monitor compliance with scheduled audits

  • Ensure all lockout equipment is accounted for and in serviceable and in good condition
     

How about you?

  • Trade qualified and holds a current Electrical Licence (NSW preferred)

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the implementation and use of Isolation Procedures in the Australian Construction or related industry.

  • Organise work in a complex environment with ability to problem-solve effectively.

  • Ability to read/interpret electrical drawings and communicate requirements to various stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively delegate, manage and work in a team

  • Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills with well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets
