Your Team

The Employer Plus team is part of CFS’s FirstChoice Operations which is accountable for operational excellence, supporting customers, employers and relationship managers and ensuring efficient, compliant processing of transactions and services. 

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, responsive support to employers and payroll contacts across a range of operational and servicing enquiries
• Manage employer enquiries through to resolution with clear ownership, follow-through, and proactive communication 
• Triage and coordinate enquiries efficiently across internal teams to minimise delays, hand-offs, and operational friction 
• Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless handoffs and minimal friction
• Support employer servicing uplift initiatives focused on improving responsiveness, consistency, and service experience
• Communicate clearly, explaining processes and next steps in simple, practical and customer-friendly language
•  Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and operational pain points and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
• Partner with Relationship Managers and internal operational teams to improve servicing alignment and employer outcomes
• Contribute to delivering a more consistent, responsive, and customer-focused service experience
• Support the evolution of a more employer-centric servicing model through practical feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Your Capability and Experience

• Exceptional customer service skills (phone and email)
• Has experience in a similar role in investment &/or superannuation industry
• RG 146 Compliant would be beneficial
• Ability to coach or mentor others
• Previous experience in Financial Services administrator roles is highly desirable
