End User Support Specialist - Williamtown
We are seeking an End User Support Specialist to join our team in Williamtown. This position is based 100% onsite.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal stakeholders. A current NV1 Australian Defence security clearance is essential due to access to classified facilities. Applicants must also be able to meet Defence security requirements and have the ability to obtain an NV2 clearance after starting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-user support via phone, chat, and self-service.
  • Manage IT request tickets through resolution.
  • Assist with new starter setups and software installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Support IT projects and provide after-hours support as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • NV1 Australian Defence security clearance is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Windows 10 / 11 PCs including M365 & Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
