What We're Looking For:

Are you looking for a role in a dynamic global business?

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager - AU to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth, retention, and customer success across an established portfolio through strategic account management and exceptional relationship building.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful contract renewals. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service while helping customers maximize the value of EROAD's solutions. 

You will play a key role in growing existing accounts, managing customer relationships, and contributing to EROAD's customer-centric culture. 

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and create account plans that drive long-term customer success. 

Sales and Portfolio Management
Manage the profitability of your assigned portfolio, execute growth plans, and work closely with internal teams to deliver revenue growth and predictable outcomes

Salesforce and Business Processes
Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce, monitor sales progress, and ensure compliance with company reporting requirements. 

Customer-Centric Delivery
Champion the voice of the customer, promote EROAD's safety-focused solutions, and enhance the overall customer experience through proactive account management. 

Skills and Experience:

We're looking for a customer-focused sales professional who can build strong relationships and drive growth. You will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and account planning
  • Experience managing customer relationships and renewals
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer success
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
