Job Description

Join TAL Australia as an Executive Assistant where you will support both the General Manager of Group Partnerships and the General Manager of Group Product, Pricing and Portfolio.

You’ll be the go-to person for two busy teams: Group Partnerships and Group Product, Pricing & Portfolio. On the Partnerships side, you’ll help keep things running smoothly as we build strong, lasting relationships with our superfund partners. Your work will make it easier for us to stay in touch and deliver great service.

For Product, Pricing & Portfolio, you’ll be helping a team that’s all about growing our business and coming up with smart, market-leading ideas for products and pricing. Both teams are focused on making sure our partners and their members get the support they need, when they need it most.

In this role you will: 

  • Handle calls and correspondence, redirecting or responding as needed
  • Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and prioritise key appointments
  • Review and edit reports, presentations etc
  • Plan and organise team meetings, events and communications
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries
  • Complete reporting and expense management, including processing expenses and vendor invoice payments
  • Pro-actively establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Executive Team and our broader Executive Assistant community

Qualifications

  • Strong experience operating at the Executive Assistant level
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with the highest levels of tact and diplomacy
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritise and perform multiple tasks seamlessly, and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced level of skill using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
