Profile Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished tone
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data management, formulas), Word, and Outlook
  • High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • 5+ years previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role is highly desirable

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling to optimise executive time and productivity
  • Handle email correspondence, screen inquiries, and draft clear, professional responses on behalf of management
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems, databases, and records with a high level of precision
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
  • Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless planning
  • Act as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Support daily administrative operations, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems to improve efficiency
