- EXPERIENCE & RELEVANT EDUCATION:
- • Proven success in an Assistant role or other
- relevant support position to Senior
- Management
- • Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft
- office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- • Business Administration (desirable)
- • Intermediate Experience
Core responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Group Leasing & Store Development
- Manager, this includes any ad hoc tasks/projects where required
- • Ensure diary is kept up to date
- • Ensure filing system is maintained for ease of use
- • Ensure confidentiality of all work is maintained at all times
- • Ensure all internal and external emails/mail is replied to
- promptly
- • Book meetings as required with both internal and external
- parties
- • Ensure meetings commence on time so as to ensure effective
- time management, this includes keeping the Group Leasing &
- Store Development Manager on track for all meetings they are
- attending – to be reviewed/ discussed with Palmer Parade.
- Communicate throughout the day with the Group Leasing &
- Store Development Manager to ensure all requirements are
- attended to and any issues are communicated
- • Communicate as required with The Sussan Group EA’s
- • Communicate as required between departments
- Ensure all activities arranged are within budget
- • Reconcile Group Leasing & Store Development Manager’s Amex
- statement monthly
- • Prepare all finance department documents in a timely manner
- eg AMEX and team member reimbursements for approval by the
- Group Leasing & Store Development Manager
- • Check invoices for accuracy before providing to Accounts
- Department for processing
- • Ensure accuracy of all information supplied
- Arrange relevant meetings for the Group Leasing & Store
- Development Manager and team
- • Document meeting agendas, meeting minutes and meeting
- requirements to all participants (attendance required for some
- meetings to complete this)
- • All needs of the Group Leasing & Store Development Manager,
- and team events are coordinated and communicated effectively
- • Arrangements are organised and communicated to the team
- • Coordinate catering/drinks, including coffee as required and
- ensure meeting rooms and technology are set up for each
- meeting and the room is cleaned up at end of meeting in a
- timely manner - – to be
