We are looking for a passionate Field Marketer to join our team. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and support sales goals.
The aim of this role is to build market awareness initiatives and support demand generation of the Objective’s Keystone and Connect solutions. You will have the drive and be hands on with the marketing tools and have a strong interest in digital marketing and campaign execution with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A day in your role:
- Assist in the development and execution of demand and lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline growth
- Support the creation and delivery of digital marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media amplification, and online advertising
- Coordinate and help execute events, conferences, and user group activities to engage prospects and customers
- Work with the customer success and sales teams to enhance customer engagement and encourage wider adoption of solutions
- Help manage marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Zoominfo, Salesloft) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and analyse marketing performance.
- Assist in content creation, including promotional materials, blog posts, and email communications.
- Support the execution of co-marketing activities with partners to expand market reach.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively managed and nurtured.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
Your skills, experience and beyond:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Some experience or coursework in lead generation and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Interest in analysing marketing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work both autonomously and as an effective part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing best practices.
- Qualifications & certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience
