  • Assist with transactions and due diligence activities, contributing financial analysis for Investment Committee and Board papers.

  • Collaborate closely with asset and property management teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, continuous improvement, and effective use of financial systems and data tools.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA qualification or actively working towards completion.

  • Experience in a Finance Analyst, Management Accounting or Reporting role, with exposure to month‑end close, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis (property or real assets experience advantageous).

  • Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights.

  • Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with asset management, property teams and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, accountable and curious, with a learning mindset and interest in using systems, data and reporting tools to continuously improve outcomes.
