The Role 🥳

We are building our finance function with a strong focus on tactical operations and cross-functional support. In this role, you'll help run the day-to-day financial operations that keep the business moving, while also contributing to broader financial and strategic analysis as capacity grows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and working across both operational finance and analytical work.

Your role as a Finance Manager? Take ownership of critical finance operations, bring rigor to the systems and workflows that support the business, and create the foundation for smarter, more efficient financial processes over time.

Your impact💥

  • Own collections and invoicing processes, managing LedgerUp to ensure proper customer payment submissions and accurate cash collection.

  • Manage employee and company expense submissions through Brex, ensuring correct coding and categorization of all spend.

  • Oversee accounts payable operations including Ramp/Airwallex systems, managing approval workflows, payment execution, and fraud detection.

  • Lead payroll management with responsibility for Rippling implementation, ensuring accuracy of salary payments, bonuses, and employee records.

  • Calculate, audit, and manage quarterly commission payments for the GTM organization and deploy commission plans for new employees.

  • Ensure timely and accurate quarterly investor reporting and identify process improvements across financial operations.

  • Partner cross-functionally to maintain reliable execution, drive automation and efficiency gains, and support strategic financial analysis as needed.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or generalist finance roles that span both execution and analysis.

  • Comfort working across operational finance workflows such as payments, invoices, receivables, and expense management.

  • Ability to work in a hands-on environment where priorities may evolve and responsibilities can span multiple areas of finance.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A process-oriented mindset with an eye for efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement.

  • Interest in using systems and automation to improve recurring financial workflows.

  • Organised, adaptable, and resourceful, with the judgment to balance detail-oriented execution and broader business needs.
