The Role
Assist Reporting Manager with monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow of a multi-national Group, including preparation of monthly consolidated board reports, tax effect accounting, annual financial audit, technical accounting. Liaise with multiple business stakeholders, including senior management and third parties including lenders and auditors. Beyond financial reporting, the successful candidate should demonstrate a strong process efficiency mindset and the initiative to identify and enhance processes using appropriate tools.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Board reporting, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capex, reconciliations, and board pack materials
- Manage Group consolidation processes, including posting entries and maintaining/reconciling holding entity accounts
- Partner with local and international finance teams to ensure timely, accurate financial and non-financial data reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting, including preparation of holding entity budgets and Group consolidation
- Deliver financial analysis and reporting, including monthly performance reviews, lender reporting, and automation initiatives
- Assist with audit, statutory reporting, technical accounting, sustainability reporting, and continuous improvement projects including systems and process enhancements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree-qualified accountant with CPA/CA credentials and 3+ years’ experience (Big 4 or industry second mover preferred).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including consolidation, FX, fair value, goodwill/impairment, intangibles, tax, and statutory reporting.
- Skilled in general ledger management, financial analysis, and providing strategic, commercial insights to support business decisions.
- Proficient in project planning, data synthesis, and delivering actionable conclusions under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills; able to liaise across all organizational levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Tableau, and tech/ software industry knowledge highly desirable.
