Job Description Summary

The Financial Analyst supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Integrated Property Services contract. The role works closely with the Financial Manager and operational teams to provide accurate financial insights, maintain data integrity, and support governance and compliance activities.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, analysis, and forecasts.

  • Analyse budget variances, trends, and financial risks.

  • Support budgeting, reforecasting, and financial modelling activities.

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

  • Assist with reconciliations, invoicing, and cost recovery processes.

  • Support audits, governance reporting, and compliance requirements.

  • Provide financial support for contract variations, projects, and business cases.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to support financial decision-making.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or commercial support.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes desirable.

  • Exposure to government or institutional environments desirable.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field preferred.
