About the Role

We have an exciting 12-month opportunity for a First Line Sales Manager to join us at GSK and lead one of our high-performing primary care sales teams.

Leading a team of primary care Sales Representatives; your district will cover south Sydney and NSW south coast.

As the First Line Sales Manager, you will:

  • Motivate and inspire your team to be accountable for the successful implementation of brand strategy, delivery of key performance indicators and sales targets for GSK’s medicines through omni-channel customer engagement within the specific district
  • Providing leadership, expert coaching, regular in-field and virtual support, guidance and operational direction to your team of 10 Sales Representatives

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in leading similar field sales teams would be preferred
  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent business acumen and effective coaching skills with a passion for developing people
  • Key understanding of driving sales growth through excellent sales team execution
  • Excellent business partnering influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
