Healthcare is usually slow and boring. We believe in its potential to be exciting and entertaining. But changing the healthcare experience is hard – and we’re gonna need all the help we can get!
About Euc
We're Making Good Health Last a Lifetime
More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.
We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.
If that gets you excited, let’s talk!
At Eucalyptus, we’re building a new kind of healthcare company — one that uses technology, brand, and empathy to deliver better patient outcomes at scale. Our Finance team is at the heart of making that happen, turning data into decisions that drive growth.
We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst – Reporting to support our Corporate FP&A Manager in Sydney. You’ll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting across the company — from management packs to board decks. You’ll be the detail-obsessed, data-driven backbone of the FP&A function, ensuring our numbers tell the right story every time.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and maintain recurring FP&A reports, including management reporting, board packs, investor updates, and monthly performance dashboards.
- Support the month-end process by consolidating actuals, validating data, and preparing variance analyses.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure consistency in metrics, definitions, and assumptions.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, updating models and consolidating inputs from across the business.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain reporting templates, databases, and automation processes to improve speed and accuracy.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from the Corporate FP&A Manager, CFO, and wider leadership team.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for scalability.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a finance analyst role.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, modelling).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Clear communication skills — able to translate numbers into insights.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot and fix issues before they become problems.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Our teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself everyday and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. You’ll be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems and receive regular feedback from a supportive team
- We move at incredible speed - You’ll work with team mates who build in the open by sharing their work freely, this helps us learn and iterate quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than our competitors. You’ll spend a lot of time outside of your comfort zone learning and iterating frequently, we wouldn’t have it any other way
- We will invest in your career - You’ll get access to an annual professional development budget, mentors and buddies to ensure that you have the support you need to level up. You can expect regular performance and pay reviews as your career grows.
- We are all owners - You’ll be given equity to ensure that you are able to benefit in the upside of your contribution in helping Euc grow. Your ideas will be valued regardless of your role, you will have ownership over the projects you work on which will feel both terrifying but extremely fulfilling
- We play as hard as we work - From our annual Eucalympics (Olympic themed hackathon), monthly health & fitness allowances, free weekly barista coffees, funded social clubs, quarterly rooftop parties and weekly catered fireside chats, we know how to let our hair down!
- We’ll have your back when you need us the most - You’ll be able to lean on a range of leave offerings to support you when needed, this includes: personal health and professional development leave, a generous parental leave that offers 20 weeks paid leave for a primary carer, additional miscarriage leave (see more on Kin Fertility’s #WeNeedMoreLeave campaign), as well as our Employee Assistance Programme
