Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the organisation's new brand identity across visual communications. The role will mainly consist of redesign and redevelopment of existing corporate documents, marketing collateral and communication assets to align with newly established brand guidelines, while also creating new print and digital materials that strengthen brand consistency and audience engagement.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer will ensure all visual assets are professionally designed, accessible, fit for purpose and aligned with organisational objectives.

This role is project based and strictly maximum term located in our Wollongong Head Office. Full-time or part-time considered.

What you need to succeed

  • A cleared valid for paid work, NSW Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • University qualification in graphic design
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design, brand implementation or visual communications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong experience developing and formatting corporate documents and publications
  • Experience creating digital and print-ready artwork and managing print production processes
  • Experience with Canva
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual communication principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
