Join the Creative Pulse: Graphic Designer (Junior to Mid) at Ray White—Sydney!

Are you ready to blend world-class design with the legacy of Australasia's largest real estate group? Ray White is looking for a Graphic Designer in Sydney to be a key decision-maker in shaping our visual identity and brand essence.

If you have a passion for design and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make a massive impact on a globally recognized brand that facilitates over $95 billion in annual property sales.

Who We Are & What We Offer:

We're not just a real estate giant—we're a family-led, multi-national company built on deep-rooted family values. You'll join our dynamic 20-person marketing and project specialists team, driving our brand, social media, content, PR, and internal communications.

We're a close-knit, agile national team with a great culture for "rolling up our sleeves and just getting things done". We work hard, enjoy collaborating, and always make time to have a laugh.

Your Role in the Creative Engine:

As our new Graphic Designer, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional design across the entire Ray White network. You will be expected to:

  • Lead projects by working closely with the Design Manager, Studio Coordinator, and two in-house graphic designers.
  • Successfully develop briefs from initial concept all the way through to completion.
  • Be channel-savvy: know how and when to design for print, digital, outdoor, online, and video.
  • Be a key decision-maker in the creative direction of the brand.
  • Champion the Ray White style guides, ensuring they are current and developed for new channels.
  • Understand—or be ready to learn—the crucial templating structure for our marketing collateral, which includes over 7,000 templates.
  • Maintain meticulous organization, including consistent communication and strict process adherence for all briefing, design studio processes, and job filing.
  • Meet deadlines and remain agile in a busy environment.

You'll Fit In Great If You:

We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and own their work. You'll be a perfect match if you embody these key attributes:

  • Positive Attitude: Enjoy collaborating, thrive in a busy environment, and like to have a laugh.
  • Creative & Brave: Are curious, resourceful, proactive, and always looking to think outside the box—while still maintaining brand identity.
  • Ownership: You put 100% in, taking responsibility and accountability to make every project exceptional.
  • Organized: You are a "pro juggler" of your time, tasks, and projects—organization is key.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor of graphic design or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CC and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of brand systems and visual identity.
  • Ability to correctly prepare artwork for both print and digital outputs.
  • Experience working in Google suite is an advantage.
