About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Community & Events to join our Australian team.
In this role, you will plan and execute community and events initiatives to grow OKX’s brand presence, engage local communities, and build stronger user loyalty. You will work closely with internal marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure all activities are aligned to business goals.
 
This role focuses on execution, including event planning, community activation, ambassador program management, and supporting content and social initiatives to ensure our brand is visible and relevant in the Australian crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute community growth initiatives and manage day-to-day community engagement activities
  • Coordinate and implement events and experiential marketing activities, including meetups, sponsorship activations, and partnership events
  • Support the planning and roll-out of influencer, ambassador, and advocacy programs
  • Work with the content and social media team to drive community-focused content and localised campaigns
  • Manage relationships with community partners, local influencers, and event vendors
  • Provide on-ground support for events to ensure successful delivery and brand representation
  • Monitor and report on community sentiment, event performance, and engagement metrics, providing insights to optimise future activities
What we are looking for
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in community marketing, events management, or growth marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, or crypto industries
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing events or community programs
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about blockchain and crypto, with an understanding of the Australian crypto community landscape
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
