Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We’ve raised our Series A, customers love us, and growth is accelerating. Now we’re hiring a hands-on product lead to own growth across the funnel.
About you
You’ve grown a product fast. You move quick, test all the time, and don’t wait for perfect. You write your own SQL, tweak landing pages, and set up your own A/B tests. You can jump into Framer or Figma, and you sweat copy as much as design. You know what drives conversion and care just as much about retention. You pull teams with you, make things happen, and love pets 🐶🐱.
Your role
📈 Own growth across the full funnel – acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation
🧪 Run constant experiments to improve signup, onboarding, and engagement
📊 Analyse performance, find insights, and drive action – you live in Amplitude/GA/SQL
🎨 Build landing pages, write copy, and design A/B tests in Figma or Framer
🚢 Ship fast with a tight-knit product and engineering team
🐾 Talk to customers, vets, and ops to uncover growth levers
