Your function: 

 

We are looking for an energetic and passionate people’s person to join our HR Team. In this role, you will be at the core of our HR function supporting our HR leaders in their day-to-day tasks. You will support the whole employee lifecycle from beginning to end and contribute to our amazing culture through strategic people initiatives. You will gain valuable experiences through reporting directly to our Head of HR – Asia and ANZ.

 

Day to day: 

 

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Work closely with the HR Team to deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for our members.

 

HR Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and drafting and managing various HR documents.

  • Address employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR matters.

  • Generate and maintain ad hoc HRIS reports.

 

Talent Development and Performance Management:

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of Learning & Development programs.

  • Support other HR cyclical activities, such as performance and pay reviews, and the talent management cycle.

 

Internal Communications and Branding:

  • Create and collate content for internal employer branding initiatives.

  • Write internal HR communications and publish them onto our intranet.

 

Event Coordination:

  • Assist with the coordination of corporate events as necessary.

 

HR Projects and Process Improvement:

  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Identify ways to improve our processes to deliver an even better experience for our internal and external clients.

Your profile: 

 

  • Genuine passion for people and culture!

  • Experience or understanding of HR, recruitment, or employee experience.

  • Excellent communication skills across different mediums, including written documents, phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Strong organisational, systems, and administrative skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Creative and confident with content creation.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce.

  • Full working rights in Australia.
