Position: IBM FileNet Case Manager Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Case Manager Developer with strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8, IBM Case Manager (ICM), and Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale case management and content management solutions while collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager solutions.
• Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and in-baskets.
• Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and user interface customizations.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and develop plugins.
• Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Perform solution design, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support deployments, migrations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve application issues.
• Create technical design documents and operational runbooks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and development best practices.
Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager / FileNet development.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager (ICM).
• Experience with Case Builder, Process Designer, ICN, Workplace XT, and ACCE.
• Good understanding of Content Engine, Process Engine, and Case Management architecture.
• Experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Experience in application deployment, migration, configuration, and production support.
• Strong SQL and database performance tuning knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
• IBM BAW, Digital Process Automation, Datacap, and RPA integrations.
• Docker, OpenShift, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud).
• DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
• JavaScript, Dojo, and React-based Case Manager customizations.
• Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, and role-based security models.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
• IBM certifications in FileNet, BAW, CP4BA, or Application Development.
