Why this is an exciting opportunity


We're looking for an Insights Analyst to help turn data into meaningful insights that drive better business and product decisions. Working closely with Product, Data & Analytics, and key stakeholders across the business, you'll identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations that improve outcomes for our clients and business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems, and telling compelling stories through insights. You'll play a key role in helping shape product strategy, optimise performance, and support continuous improvement across our platform.
Please note: We are seeking a candidate who is available to commence in January 2027.

What you’ll be doing


  • Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics using business intelligence tools
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis to support product planning, prioritisation, and decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to understand business needs
  • Manage relationships with external data, analytics, and research providers
  • Contribute to improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities
  • Stay informed on industry, competitor, and market trends to support strategic decision-making

What you bring


You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.


Experience & Skills


  • Experience in an insights, analytics, market research, or data-focused role
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance ongoing reporting with ad hoc requests
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
  • Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms is desirable
  • Experience within financial services will be highly regarded
  • Curious, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement
