The Data Analytics Chapter Area for Group uses data and analytics to identify our customers’ needs and safely deliver insights, process improvement, customer contact journeys and innovative solutions to improve their financial wellbeing.
We leverage data and innovative technology to deeply understand our customers and derive world-class insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making. We proactively uncover stakeholder needs and partner with channel, product, data and support teams to provide innovative, accurate and timely solutions to complex opportunities.
Do work that matters:
You work with business, technology and product stakeholders to deliver analytics, insights, control monitoring, customer journeys and customer contact decisioning that will transform how we engage with customers.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Work collaboratively with channel, operations and product stakeholders, advanced analytics and data teams
Support the creation of self-service dashboards and tools that help drive decision making
Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes
Using advanced business acumen, translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical solutions that help drive and support strategic commercial objectives
Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, and help to optimise this experience wherever possible.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Commercial experience with data exploration & analysis tools e.g. SQL, Oracle, Teradata, PowerBI, Tableau
Extensive relevant experience in using data and analytics to drive business results, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
Advanced analytical, numerate, and logical reasoning skills.
Degree-level qualification in numeric or business discipline.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in developing reports and dashboards using visualisation tools and techniques.
