As an internal salesperson you’ll be the heart of our business, playing a key role in driving customer relationships and growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top – tier service and support.
  • Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
  • Assisting with general branch support and administration.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes.

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Computer literate at an intermediate level.
  • Proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
