Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members, advisers and employers across a range of enquiries.
Guide customers through a range of enquiries with clarity, confidence and care.
Use multiple systems and resources to accurately resolve customer queries and maintain records.
Identify, investigate and escalate issues where required to ensure the best customer outcomes.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture while embracing ongoing learning, coaching and development.
Work within compliance requirements and quality standards while striving to deliver great customer experiences.
- A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres or other customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication and engaged listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
- Confidence using multiple systems and learning new information in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace feedback, coaching and continuous development.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Financial services experience is highly regarded but not essential. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
