Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support to members, advisers and employers across a range of enquiries.
Build trusted customer relationships by guiding customers through enquiries with confidence, empathy and care.

Use multiple systems and resources to accurately resolve customer queries and maintain records.
Identify, investigate and escalate issues where required to ensure the best customer outcomes.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture while embracing ongoing learning, coaching and development.
Work within compliance requirements and quality standards while striving to deliver great customer experiences.
A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with experience in retail, hospitality, travel, airlines, contact centres, reception, administration or other customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication and engaged listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
- Confidence using multiple systems and learning new information in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace feedback, coaching and continuous development.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Financial services experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you've built strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training, coaching and support needed to help you succeed.
