We are looking for an IT & Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support and optimize our IT infrastructure and business systems as the company continues its transition toward cloud-based and platform-driven operations. This role focuses on hands-on IT and infrastructure support while expanding into business system operations and process optimization. The position works closely with Ericsson's IT teams and internal business stakeholders to ensure stable, efficient, and scalable operations. This position will report to the Common team leader and be part of 'Business Operations' Division.

The position works closely with Ericsson's IT teams and internal business stakeholders to ensure stable, efficient, and scalable operations. This position will report to the Common team leader and be part of 'Business Operations' Division.
What you will do:
- IT & Infrastructure Operations
- Provide hands-on support for local IT infrastructure, end-user systems, networks, and security compliance
- Act as the primary local point of contact coordinating with Global IT teams
- Manage IT assets, access control, and system lifecycle processes
- Ensure system availability, data protection, and business continuity
- Business Systems Support
- Support enterprise and SaaS tools such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues impacting daily business operations
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational guidelines
- Process Documentation & Optimization
- Analyze and document business workflows across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance
- Create As-Is process maps, SOPs, and handoff definitions
- Identify inefficiencies, manual work, and improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of standardized and automated workflows
- Cross-functional Project Support
- Participate in internal transformation initiatives (e.g., Quote-to-Cash projects)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and track execution
- Support change management and user adoption activities
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or business systems support
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud/SaaS environments, and enterprise systems
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership as an individual specialist
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to evaluate, configure, and support extensions, add-ins, or integrations for web-based applications to improve operational efficiency
