  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems such as Salesforce with confidence 

  • Approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset and supportive direction 

  • Enjoys working on your own while contributing meaningfully to team success 

  • Adapts quickly to change and embraces opportunities to learn and grow 

  • Communicates value clearly and can share stories that connect solutions to real client needs
