Our high-performing Customer Success team helps drive continued massive growth year-on-year for an iconic Australian real estate brand. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Learning & Enablement Specialist to join our team. 
 
📖 About the role  

We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Enablement Specialist to transform how learning, onboarding, and enablement are delivered across our business and customers. This is a builder role where you’ll redesign and deliver training while laying the foundations for a scalable, AI-enabled learning ecosystem.

You’ll redefine how customers adopt our platform, how teams are enabled, and how we scale capability and performance, ultimately evolving into a strategic role owning learning pathways, playbooks, and capability frameworks.

🏢 Responsibilities  

End-to-End Learning Transformation

• Redesign and rebuild our Learning Management System (LMS)
  
• Move from fragmented training to structured, scalable learning journeys
  
• Create a seamless experience across onboarding, product education, and internal enablement

 
Hands-On Training Delivery

• Deliver practical training across platform, CRM, and payments
  
• Support onboarding and customer-facing teams
  
• Step into complex onboarding scenarios as a practitioner
  

AI-Driven Learning Innovation

• Explore and implement AI tools for learning
  
• Introduce personalised and scalable learning experiences
  
• Challenge traditional training models 
  

Platform Adoption & Product Enablement

• Drive product adoption through outcome-based training
  
• Partner with Product and Customer teams
  
• Align learning with utilisation, engagement, and retention
  

Cross-Business Enablement 
• Build training plans, career pathways, and playbooks 
• Align learning with business outcomes 

 
Scalable Learning Ecosystem 
• Implement in-product guides, knowledge base, and certifications 
• Reduce reliance on manual training delivery

 
💭 What you bring 

• Experience in training, enablement, or onboarding within SaaS/tech 
• Hands-on practitioner who builds and delivers 
• Experience with LMS or learning transformation 
• Understanding of modern digital learning approaches 
• Interest in AI and emerging tools 
• Strong stakeholder management 
• Commercial mindset linked to adoption, retention, and growth
