Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impact? Strategic Project Partners (SPP) is expanding our contractor network for 2026 and beyond! Our contractor network forms a key part of our contingent workforce during periods of high client demand. 

SPP is a high-impact strategy firm, dedicated to enabling transformative, sustainable results. Who We’re Looking For: 

  • Experienced strategy consultants with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience  
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven strategic problem-solving and the top-down thinking methodologies used by top-tier strategy firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, L.E.K., Strategy&, Accenture), whether gained within these firms, similar high-calibre firms, or in-house consulting teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you will still be involved in hands-on analysis and may also support the overarching leadership of the project, depending on your experience and tenure  
  • Effective communicators with experience presenting to senior-level clients (Exec, GM, Deputy Secretary, C Level), including a demonstrated ability to think on their feet and engage across multiple communication mediums including verbal/F2F as well as written material in summary form (PowerPoint) or detailed prose form (Word) 
  • Pragmatic high-achievers who strive for top-tier results while maintaining a practical, outcome-driven approach. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • A Bachelors and/or higher degree qualification in a relevant area (e.g., Business, Commerce, Engineering) 
  • Experience in strategy and/or management consulting is essential
