The opportunity

As the Manager, Climate Reporting you will be responsible for the development of Group’s climate-related processes and support the production of the Group climate-related financial disclosures and related documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. You will be a key technical subject matter expert engaging stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, Risk, Underwriting and other business teams to support decision-making. You will also engage external auditors to ensure a smooth assurance process. This is a chance to make a real impact in a global organisation, shaping how we respond to the changing sustainability reporting landscape.

Your new role

  • Develop and maintain documentation on climate-related reporting, including risks and opportunities, metrics and targets, scenario analysis, climate resilience, and financial impacts

  • Provide technical guidance to stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, Risk, and Underwriting to inform strategic and reporting decisions

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, controls, policies, and systems to meet regulatory standards

  • Prepare materials for assurance and external audit activities

  • Monitor evolving sustainability reporting requirements and assess Group-wide impacts

  • Lead continuous improvement

About you

Our ideal candidate will have extensive financial reporting and accounting experience, ideally in Insurance or Banking. You will have a keen interest in Climate specific reporting, and any prior experience within this sector would be highly advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of ASRS and related regulations

  • Proven technical skills for requirements analysis and commercial application

  • Solid project management and planning abilities

  • Experience in dealing with people at all levels in the organisation, strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence within a global team
