As a Manager, Talent Acquisition at Aristocrat, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to bring happiness to life through the power of play. What You Will Do
  • Lead and support executive recruitment efforts across the APAC region, leading end-to-end search strategies while carrying a requisition load to identify and deliver high-impact talent for senior-level roles.

  • Mentor and coach recruiters to improve candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment lifecycle efficiencies, setting performance goals and metrics.

  • Use AI-powered talent acquisition platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment automation technologies to identify and engage talent efficiently. Continuously adapt to and champion AI solutions to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion leaders to improve representation.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through performance management, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Lead your team to achieve talent acquisition goals, focusing on quality, speed, and delivering outstanding customer and candidate experiences.

  • Collaborate with customers, peers, partners, and collaborators to establish the Talent Acquisition organisation as consultative, trusted advisers.

  • Improve Aristocrat’s employer brand by encouraging high-quality experiences and growing engagement through social media and networking.

  • Lead special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1+ year(s) of people leadership with growing responsibility.

  • Exhibits strong executive presence through influencing, establishing credibility, and effectively communicating with senior leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record to lead, mentor, and develop geographically dispersed teams.

  • Success in crafting and driving strategic, creative, and data-driven hiring plans to attract a diverse tech candidate pool.

  • Outstanding communication skills for engaging with customers, employees, management, and executives.

  • Passion for solving problems and leading collaborative efforts.

  • Strong capability in managing multiple priorities/projects, meeting deadlines, and facilitating change.

  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills with proven negotiation abilities.

  • Enthusiasm for taking on new tasks, with a focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development.

  • Proficiency in recruitment technology, ideally with previous Workday experience.

  • Familiarity with standard methodologies for global recruitment in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific regions.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in an executive search firm for 1-3 years supporting Finance, Accounting, Technology, or HR placement

  • Prior experience in large gaming, content distribution, media and entertainment, or technology organisations.

  • Comfortable working with and presenting recruitment data and market data, reporting, and analytics – ideally with TalentNeuron or similar tools
