About LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 71,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the Global Marketing team

This new and growing team is responsible for executing our global marketing strategy, reflecting the rapid evolution of our product offering. We’re disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this requires a significant shift in how we drive LEAP’s brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption.

Led by the Head of Global Marketing, this team works closely with LEAP’s international marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based out of our Sydney Head Office, the Global Marketing team sets the standard for how we position LEAP in the market — providing the backbone for the brand, global campaigns, websites, messaging, and reporting frameworks that each region will leverage.

As we continue to scale, we’re focused on building stronger consistency, accountability, and intelligence in how marketing performance is measured and understood across the business.

What you'll do

As our Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming how LEAP measures, reports, and acts on marketing performance globally.

You’ll partner closely with the Head of Global Marketing, regional marketing teams, Marketing Systems, Business Intelligence and Sales stakeholders to drive the standardisation of marketing metrics, improve lead lifecycle processes, and develop a unified approach to reporting and insights.

Partner with business intelligence to ensure marketing metrics align with the enterprise semantic layer and executive reporting standards.

This role will also be central to building a Marketing Intelligence Hub — helping LEAP reduce reliance on external agencies and strengthening our ability to leverage internal data to develop credible, data-driven claims across campaigns, website performance, and product positioning.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Lead the global standardisation of marketing metrics and reporting, ensuring consistency across all regions and teams.
  • Establish unified reporting frameworks that enable meaningful cross-market performance comparisons.
  • Own the development and optimisation of lead scoring models, improving marketing-to-sales alignment and reducing premature lead handover.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are properly nurtured before being passed to sales.
  • Build and evolve a Marketing Intelligence Hub, leveraging client insights to develop marketing materials.
  • Deliver dedicated analysis of website analytics, interpreting performance trends and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Hold teams accountable for the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of reporting across campaigns and channels.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and credibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to strengthen data maturity and decision-making.

What you'll bring

  • 4–7+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, funnel reporting, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience working with lead scoring models, CRM systems, and marketing-to-sales handover processes.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive global consistency and standardisation across distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across marketing and sales functions.
  • A passion for turning data into clear, credible stories that drive action and accountability.

You are the type of person who

  • Is obsessed with clarity — you don’t accept messy metrics or inconsistent reporting.
  • Thrives in cross-team collaboration and enjoys building alignment between Marketing and Sales.

Why join LEAP?

  • Your work matters. Helping lawyers help people sits at the heart of everything we do. We solve real world problems that improve and support local, everyday law firms. So they can do their best work for the people in the communities they serve.
  • Make an impact. You won’t be another ‘cog in the wheel’ here. We give full trust and autonomy for you to be heard, to work on big & complex projects – and to make a real difference.
  • Work with a group of authentic, passionate people who love what they do.
  • Flexible and hybrid working. We'd like to find this person in Sydney, but we want you to work in a way that suits you and we're open to flexible arrangements that support you.
  • Grow your career with us. Our founder Christian Beck has been building legal tech businesses for over 30 years. There are opportunities galore to expand your career based on where your interests lie. We're not afraid to pivot based on market conditions - you will always have the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and do your best work here.
  • Have fun with us. Celebrations. Socials. Sports teams. Access to sailing and yacht events.
  • We value your well-being - enjoy an additional paid wellbeing day every year, free gym membership, corporate dental plan and weekly massages in the office.
  • Work in a new, beautiful office space – with a catered lunch and breakfast every week, fully stocked kitchen and an on-site barista.
  • Access to LEAP Home - a program unique to LEAP to support you in buying your primary residence.
