Your Team
The Customer Analytics team is part of Group Data and Analytics which is responsible for partnering across CFS to deliver customer and business value from data. We leverage modern AI-enabled platforms to make insight-lead decision making a daily habit across CFS. You will be the trusted analytics partner for the Customer Office which is accountable for our customer’s experience of the brand, products, and services.
As the Marketing and Digital Analytics Lead, you will own and evolve CFS’s customer experience and marketing performance capability, enabling leaders to make better, faster decisions that materially improve customer outcomes and commercial performance.
Your Responsibilities
Own customer experience and marketing analytics reporting end‑to‑end – accountable for the design, delivery, adoption and ongoing uplift of digital and marketing reporting across Adobe CJA, Databricks and Power BI.
Enable insight‑led decision making across Marketing and Digital, providing clear, trusted views of customer behaviour, journey performance and marketing effectiveness
Partner deeply with Marketing, Digital and MarTech to understand priorities, shape measurement approaches and deliver insights that improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimise initiatives, using data to uncover hidden value.
Embed strong data quality, lineage and governance to create a single, trusted view of customer and marketing performance.
Lift analytics capability and ways of working by role‑modelling ownership
Your Capability and Experience
Proven experience in marketing and digital analytics – owning reporting and insight from problem definition through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
Experience with Adobe products or equivalent e.g. Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA ), Adobe Analytics (AA) and/or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Measurement and commercial judgment – demonstrated ability to design measurement frameworks and identify performance drivers, not just report metrics.
Stakeholder partnership and influence – confident communicator who simplifies complexity, builds trust and influences decisions.
Proficiency in SQL.
Ownership mindset – comfortable operating with ambiguity, setting direction and delivering outcomes at pace.
Experience working with BI platforms (e.g. Databricks, Power BI) is desirable
