Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Charles Sturt Sydney Melbourne marketing team, assisting with the execution of various marketing and promotional activities, including events, digital initiatives, and collateral production to support the recruitment of students. This role ensures all outputs align with Charles Sturt Sydney Melbourne's policies, procedures, and brand guidelines, enhancing brand visibility and contributing to student recruitment objectives. It's a hands-on role in a small team where you'll be valued for your can-do attitude, creativity, problem-solving skills and flexibility, and have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of marketing activity to hone your skills. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in marketing support roles, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
