The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Investor Marketing team in a hands-on, early‑career role supporting our Funds Management business. This role is ideal for a motivated marketer building experience in investment and funds management marketing.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Marketing, you’ll support the delivery of marketing activity across retail, wholesale and institutional investor audiences. You’ll gain exposure to campaigns, content, investor materials and events, working closely with Distribution, Brand, Digital, Legal and Compliance teams.

This is a junior role with strong learning opportunities in a regulated, institutional environment, where attention to detail and follow‑through matter.

What you will do

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate marketing collateral, presentations and investor communications
• Assist with investor materials such as presentations, offer documents and bios, including reviews and approvals
• Support investor events, roadshows and webinars
• Help with reporting, budgets, purchase orders and supplier coordination
• Use marketing and collaboration tools including CRM, DAM, Asana and SharePoint

About You

You’re curious, motivated and keen to learn, with an interest in investment and funds management marketing.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related subjects
• Some marketing experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• Exposure to, or strong interest in, financial services, investments or funds management
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
