Are you a strategic B2B marketer who believes strong ideas win markets?

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager – Thought Leadership & Growth to help establish Expo Centric as Australia’s definitive authority on exhibition strategy, commercial effectiveness, and scalable exhibition programs.

This is not a volume marketing role. It is a senior, hands-on position for someone who can shape a clear point of view, raise editorial standards, and turn internal expertise into content that influences buyer decisions.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and Sales to build defensible narratives that support revenue growth, improve deal quality, and strengthen Expo Centric’s market authority.

At Expo Centric, we don’t just fill roles — we build teams that create extraordinary experiences. Every position here plays a key part in delivering projects that wow our clients and help us grow.

You’ll be part of a company that lives by its core values: Courage, Curiosity, Selflessness, Judgement, and Communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and strengthen Expo Centric’s point of view across exhibition ROI, design effectiveness, and scalable exhibition programs.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content assets, including guides, frameworks, long-form pieces, sales tools, and executive-led content.
  • Build a repeatable content system that moves from flagship ideas to distribution while preserving quality, commercial intent, and editorial discipline.
  • Partner closely with the CEO to extract insights and translate them into credible content across LinkedIn, email, web, and sales channels.
  • Work with Sales to turn real objections, buyer questions, and deal friction into useful enablement tools that support proposals, nurture activity, and late-stage decisions.
  • Use HubSpot to track meaningful performance indicators, including engagement quality, deal influence, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, brand leadership, or a related commercial environment.
  • A proven ability to build authority-led content that shapes buyer thinking and supports commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Experience partnering with Sales in long-cycle, high-consideration buying environments.
  • Strong strategic judgement, with the confidence to form, defend, and refine a clear point of view.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM/marketing automation platform is highly regarded.

Why Join Expo Centric?

  • Shape the narrative for a growing business with real expertise, strong client relationships, and ambitious commercial goals.
  • Work directly with senior leaders and Sales to create content that influences meaningful buyer decisions.
  • Join a supportive, values-driven team that values Courage, Curiosity, Selflessness, Judgement, and Communication.
  • Build authority-led marketing systems where quality, insight, and revenue impact matter more than vanity metrics.
  • Contribute to a cross-border team making tangible impact on every project.
