Job Description

  • Challenge yourself to drive marketing strategy and member engagement for Qantas Loyalty
  • A foundational new role in the recently formed Marketing Planning & Partnerships team responsible for developing insight led strategies that drive growth and optimise member engagement
  • This is a permanent role based at our Corporate Campus in Mascot

As Marketing Manager, General Insurance within the Marketing Planning & Partnerships (MP&P) team, you will translate insight-led strategies into clear, actionable briefs that drive growth and optimise performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will build and execute marketing activity plans that boost member engagement and deliver strong commercial results for Qantas Loyalty. Serving as the primary contact for key internal stakeholders, you will oversee channel activity, support compliance-led initiatives, and ensure all executions are on-brand and customer-centric. Additionally, you'll partner with analytics to turn performance data into actionable insights, optimised plans, and continuous innovation.

You’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with experience critically reviewing marketing collateral for product, brand & regulatory fit.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or business related field.
  • Sound understanding or background in Financial Services Marketing (Insurance preferred);
  • Ability to deal with fast-paced environments and thrive under pressure and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Highly organised, proactive and dynamic
  • Experience in Partner Relationship Management involving liaising with external
  • Partners
  • Sound understanding of performance reporting and analysis techniques, with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders;
  • Experience managing legal, commercial, regulatory and branding requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
